ACTIVELY RECRUITING
You are being invited to voluntarily participate in a research study evaluating the efficacy of Vielight Neuro devices in the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder.
During the study session you will be asked to use the Vielight Neuro device for 20 minutes. You will be trained by study staff on how to use the devices.
At the completion of all study procedures, participants will be compensated $350 by the end of the study.

STUDY DEVICES
The Vielight Neuro devices (Vielight Neuro RX Gamma and Neuro Alpha R) are intended to deliver NIR PBM to the brain, transcranially and intranasally (Figure 1). The devices utilize identical hardware and only differ in the frequency of PBM being delivered. The Neuro RX Gamma delivers a fixed frequency of 40Hz PBM while the Neuro Alpha R delivers a personalized frequency ranging from 8-13Hz.
(A) Components of the device – the nasal applicator and headset with built-in controller are identified.
(B) The device is shown on a mannequin head to demonstrate the placement of the six LEDs.
